Loading ...I had a great time out in the field today. I am doing great. I really believe things have started turning. Like I have said yesterday. I was getting a little down but, now I am starting to look up. You know with life that is how it is… That is were I have been. I have not hid it from you guys. I have just been real. So, on with my weight loss goals. Bring it on. I am going to keep dropping weight no matter what. So here’s to the rest of my life…..CHEERS!! ( I am not drinking anything) (metaphorically speaking)

Hey Darlin’! Hope the discomfort from your port goes away. Your body is adjusting to having that thing in there. Pay attention to it but Im sure you’ll be fine. You’re in sales?? I guess you already know not to eat or drink before a sales call. When stuff comes shooting out of your nose or you get the solid burps you don’t want to be with a customer. I had a gastric band for 15 years so I feel for you. Hope you get and stay healthy!!
