Lap Band King

I really believe that in 3 months I will be able to look back at the calender and say that on May 21 2008 things started changing for me. I am talking about the tremendous stress load that I am have been under. So, I am happy to say that I have already dropped 3 pounds since Monday and plan to keep it that way. Let me tell you that no matter where you are if you are going through a rough time it will get better. It will change. You can come out of the funk.
