Well, the pounds keep coming off. I am so happy. You know it gets hard sometimes just cause its years of the habbits you are trying to break. Years of bad decisions. I am a new person now. I have to make better decisions than I have in the past. This week-end was my youngest sons birthday so My wife and I went to his school to eat lunch with him on Monday. While sitting there I have always wondered in the past what rude little kid might point and laugh at me for being so big and embarrass my son. This time I had no thought of that in my head and one of his friends came up and said ” Jackson was telling me about you having a website and how you tell everyone how much weight you are losing and that is cool!” . I felt proud to give my son that. It made me feel great that I was giving my family hope. Thats what this whole thing is about. Giving your self a new outlook on life. Thanks for watching! See ya tomorrow.

Hey MC. Congrats on the continued weight loss! Seeing the nasty food they serve kids in school probably helped you see where it all began I bet. Keep it up. You are doing awesome. STTP!!!!!! :-)

Hello…thanks for the shout out…it was exciting to hear my name, LOL!!!! Don’t forget….I live in Maine where all the good lobster is, hahahaha!!!!

Glad to hear your weight is still decreasing after your exciting w/e! Funny how that happens….just need to kick the metabolism a bit…well good for you, you are doing great.

I am feeling good…. only part that seems to be sore is where the port is. Took my first shower today, changed the bandages. Took an outside walk for 20 mins felt good to have fresh air. See you tomorrow! Janis

Hey Marcus! Good job on the continued success and dedication. I have plateued now for two weeks after losing 30 pounds in the first 6 weeks. Just wanted to see if you could share some ideas with me on a day of eating for you.

I keep eating the same things and I think my body has just gotten use to it.

Thanks in advance for the help.
